Preferred School Care

Providing quality and affordable before/after school care services for the children of working parents. Registration Fee – Parents must register and submit an online application for our before school program (when available) and after-school program. Parents are required to add a credit card or form of payment at time of registration. The registration fee will be collected when the submitted online application is approved. Registration fees are non-refundable and apply to all participants. Parent Weekly Fees – PSC understands the communities it serves and strives to set an equitable parent fee at each school location. Therefore after-school rate may vary based on school location. Weekly rates are provided during the registration process when a specific school location is selected. PSC may offer a before school program (when needed) and after school program at certain locations. PSC does not offer any other programs at the school locations. When Atlanta Public School locations are closed for Fall, Spring and Winter breaks, PSC before/after school programs are closed. No other rates are available. CAPS certificates are accepted. Please note: Whether your child attends every day or not, you are required to pay for the entire week. Payment Due - Our after school program is a PREPAID program. Once parents are registered for our after school program using our Parent Portal (ELEYO), PSC generates an invoice every Monday and collect payments via autopay drafts, credit cards every Wednesday. A late fee of $10 may be charged to your account if payment is not collected by Wednesday close of business. Program Days – If you attend our before/after school program for 2 or more days, you are required to pay the entire weekly fee. Program is only open when the Atlanta Public school location is open. PSC is closed during Spring, Winter and Holiday breaks. LATE PICK UP - Child pick-up time is promptly @ 6:00p.m. Late fees are $1.00 per minute after 6:00 p.m.. The late fee policy will be strictly enforced for all parents. Continued late pick ups may result in dismissal from the program.

NO REGISTRATION FEE! Please note that 2 or more days is considered FULLTIME. No Drop- In Rates for the Summer PowerUp ASP program. Our after school program is a PREPAID program. ELEYO generates invoices on Monday for the week. Credit cards on file with your account will be charged every Wednesday morning. If you attend any of our programs for 2 or more days, you are required to pay the entire weekly fee.

XANADU Program: What is Xanadu? Xanadu is a summer enrichment program for gifted and high achieving students offered by the Office of Gifted and Talented Education in Atlanta Public Schools. The program began over twenty-five years ago for first through fifth grade students. NO REGISTRATION FEE & $70 WEEKLY FEE. Please note that 2 or more days is considered a full week. $70 /week. NO DROP-IN DAYS FOR THE SUMMER ASP PROGRAM. ¿Qué es Xanadú? Xanadu es un programa de enriquecimiento de verano para estudiantes dotados y de alto rendimiento ofrecido por la Oficina de Educación para Dotados y Talentosos de las Escuelas Públicas de Atlanta. El programa comenzó hace más de veinticinco años para estudiantes de primero a quinto grado.
